Umami Sea Vegetables Wins Entrepreneur Challenge
Monday, June 22nd, 2009Timothy Visi, founder of Umami Sea Vegetables won the top prize of $5,000 at the 2009 Entrepreneurial Challenge. Â Â Umami Sea Vegtables grows edible seaweed, including nori, ogo, flatbrush, dulse and wakame with plans to start selling the varieties to grocery stores and restaurants across Western Washington.
